Job Description:
Come join the core of the QuickBooks Online ecosystem as a
Senior Product Manager on the QuickBooks Accounting Automation
team. Our mission is to automate accounting for over 6 million
small businesses around the world, allowing them to spend their
time on managing and growing their business, not tedious
bookkeeping. We confidently deliver compliant books with a 'done
for you' accounting solution powered by the Books Agent.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead critical
product innovations that will delight small businesses and the
accountants who serve them. You will build deep customer empathy
for our customers who are seeking a better way to manage their
business finances. You will define and deliver AI solutions to help
new customers set up and personalize their accounting to provide a
done-for-you experience. Additionally, you will own the experience
and capabilities for the Chart of Accounts, the backbone of all
accounting. Lastly, you will contribute to the growth of the Global
Business Solutions Group by providing modern, intelligent
accounting capabilities leveraged across all GBSG teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful product strategies aligned with
business objectives and customer needs.
- Survey industry and technology advances to identify the next
wave of accounting innovations relevant to Intuit.
- Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to
deliver measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and
product functions to build innovative product experiences that
delight customers.
- Prioritize your team's backlog and coordinate work across teams
to manage dependencies.
- Partner across business units to define and execute plans,
driving decision-making, clarity, alignment, and escalation as
needed.
- Identify hypotheses to test, define testing methodologies,
experiments, and success criteria. Document learning plans and
execute experiments efficiently.
- Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics,
prioritize requirements, and communicate plans, progress, and
successes.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with teams, stakeholders,
and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record in SaaS product management delivering
experiences that solve core customer needs.
- User-focused mindset, with the ability to draw deep customer
insights and leverage data to inform product vision.
- Ability to uncover customer needs and leverage the latest
technologies to create innovative solutions.
- Comfort operating at multiple levels, from strategic insights
for leadership to detailed execution.
- Excitement about innovating within the QuickBooks ecosystem,
with strong partnering and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in complex environments and navigating
ambiguity with a bias for action.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a customer-obsessed
environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and
negotiation skills.
