organization Overview of the Controller role: • Lead and optimize
accounting operations by setting goals, identifying improvements,
resolving challenges, and driving system enhancements • Oversee
accurate and timely monthly and year-end closes, ensuring all
financial reporting deadlines are met • Support the preparation of
quarterly budgets and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making
• Supervise and mentor the AP, AR, and payroll teams, fostering
growth and accountability • Monitor financial health by tracking
revenue and expenses, coordinating collections, and analyzing
trends • Partner with your team to establish and monitor annual
performance goals, while actively supporting their professional
development Preferred qualifications for the Controller: •
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or
equivalent experience) • 5 years of progressive experience in
accounting and finance • Strong leadership skills with a passion
