Administrator — the detail-oriented problem-solver who helps keep
our service department running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work
closely with our service advisors, technicians, and RV
manufacturers to make sure warranty claims are submitted correctly
and paid on time. Your work plays a big part in getting our
customers back on the road and enjoying their RVs. Job
Responsibilities · Submit and process warranty claims with RV
manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner. · Review repair
orders to make sure all warranty requirements and documentation are
complete. · Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and
manufacturer reps regarding claim status and questions. · Track
warranty claims and follow up on any that are delayed, denied, or
unpaid. · Keep warranty files organized and up to date. · Attend
weekly department meetings. · Other duties as needed to support the
service team. Qualifications · Prior administrative, customer
service, or dealership experience required. · RV, automotive, or
warranty experience is a plus. · Strong attention to detail and
ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ·
Comfortable using computers, phones, and dealership software.
Requirements: Education and Experience · Previous dealership
experience preferred · RV experience preferred · Warranty
administration experience required · High School Diploma or GED
