Job Description Job Description DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Job Description The Warehouse HVAC Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration systems within a warehouse environment. This role ensures all systems operate efficiently and meet industry standards for safety, performance, and regulatory compliance. Hours Monday - Friday (occasional weekends) 5AM or 6AM Pay $20.00 - $22.50 Job Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control system problems Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve HVAC and refrigeration failures quickly and effectively Monitor system performance and adjust settings to maintain energy efficiency and environmental compliance Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, replaced parts, and system performance data Ensure all work complies with local building codes and health, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate with warehouse management and operations teams to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certification in HVAC or refrigeration preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC or refrigeration technician, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, controls, and troubleshooting methods Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record may be required Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
