Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on drywall projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Proven experience in drywall projects and knowledge of drywall installation processes Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
