• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering curricula or related field
• EIT/Fundamentals of Engineering certification desirable
• 0-3 years of relevant structural engineering experience; building design experience with OSHPD and DSA structures desirable; Intern experience and/or Cal Poly-Miyamoto SESH preferred
• Basic structural analysis and design skills knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
• Advanced analysis with ETABS, SAP, and Ram Steel desirable
• Strong analytical and communications skills; client relations/business development desirable
