healthcare is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join
their growing team. Backed by top-tier investors, they are building
an intelligent communication platform to streamline patient
experience and communication with their care providers. You’ll be
joining a seasoned founding team with deep experience in both
healthcare operations and cutting-edge machine learning. As one of
the first four engineers, you’ll play a key role in shaping the
platform, infrastructure, and user experience. This is a
high-impact, 0-to-1 environment where you’ll ship fast, learn from
users, and build systems that power critical interactions between

respected names in venture capital. Compensation includes a
competitive base salary ($150K–$220K) and meaningful equity
(0.2%–0.8%). Job Details Responsibilities Build and iterate on the
AI voice and LLM stack to deliver fast, natural conversations
Develop flexible communication systems supporting multiple
engagement channels Create reusable and customizable components for
rapid onboarding of new customers Design and maintain integrations
with third-party EMR systems Join customer calls to identify key
pain points and inform product decisions Lead initiatives with
minimal specs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Make technical
architecture decisions with a strong bias toward user impact and
iteration speed Requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years
of experience as a full-stack engineer Strong backend experience
(approx. 70%) and proficiency in Python Proven success in 0-to-1
product development with ownership over ambiguous problem areas
Experience working in high-growth, early-stage startup environments
(Series A/B or equivalent) Exposure to React and Django is a plus
Familiarity with LLM APIs or production-level AI/ML systems Clear
communicator with ability to explain technical trade-offs and
product rationale Willingness to engage directly with customers and
adjust priorities based on feedback Self-starter comfortable
defining their own roadmap in a fast-changing environment
