Manager, Copilot AI, that will operate at the crossroads of product
development, customer insights, and research, shaping the evolution
of transformative AI solutions. You will own and drive complex
technical programs, ensuring seamless collaboration between
engineering, product, and business teams. This role requires a
balance of technical skills and effective people collaboration
skills. By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA OR Redmond, WA
position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco OR
Seattle area in office 3 days a week. R esponsibilities Manage
Product Feedback Lifecycle Oversee end-to-end customer feedback
processes, including triage, reporting, dashboard development, and
analysis. Ensure Copilot experiences are refined based on
data-driven insights, addressing customer needs with high quality
and efficiency. Champion Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
Analyze customer feedback across multiple channels, synthesizing
trends to identify areas for enhancement. Develop robust quality
improvement frameworks that proactively address product issues and
elevate user experience. Enable Cross-Team Collaboratio Partner
with engineering, data science, and product teams to align
objectives, track key deliverables, and streamline execution.
Proactively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies,
ensuring effective cross-functional coordination. Leverage Data to
Drive Decision-Making Work closely with analytics teams to define
key success metrics, correlate product improvements to usage
patterns, and shape roadmap priorities based on quantifiable
insights. Foster a High-Performing, Growth-Oriented Team Support
mentorship and vendor resource management, sharing best practices
and fostering an environment where team members feel empowered to
innovate, learn, and grow. Apply Technical Expertise to Enhance
Product Execution Dive deep into product architecture and system
design, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve root
causes, refine technical implementations, and optimize workflows.
Drive Scalable Solutions for Operational Excellence Design and
implement repeatable processes and frameworks that scale alongside
product complexity and organizational growth, ensuring operational
stability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years experience in
engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis,
or product development OR equivalent experience. 1 year(s)
experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 4 years experience
in engineering, product/technical program management, data
analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4 years
experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or
platform engineering. Technical Program Management IC3 - The
typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD
$100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable
to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and
New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this
role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
