Our fleet technicians are essential as they directly impact the success of our partnerships with approximately 300,000 restaurants and foodservice operators, delivering products that range from fresh produce to high-quality private label items. This role requires technical expertise, a robust skill set in vehicle maintenance and a dedication to safety protocols. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all types of trucks including refrigeration units Diagnose malfunctions using electronic testing equipment Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems Test drive vehicles to gauge performance and ensure systems operate smoothly Adhere to safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment Keep records of maintenance and repair work Proficiency in vehicle and refrigeration repair and maintenance Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred ASE Certification in Heavy Truck/Refrigeration is advantageous
