the United States, with worldwide affiliates in areas
including Canada, Europe, Latin America, Australia, South Africa,

beneficial soil environment for growers to produce healthy,
bountiful crops that feed the world. We accomplish this by
supplying pre-plant soil fumigation material and application, crop
health and nutrition analysis, post-harvest fumigation,
irrigation, fertigation, and agricultural equipment to growers in
over 30 countries.
Job Summary
The Business Systems Analysis Manager role is to provide expertise
in all aspects of software applications across our group of
companies and manage function on the west coast that is responsible
for the analysis of new business system development and existing
system improvement. This individual will need to leverage their
quantitative talent to analyze the business needs and obtain the
necessary requirements to provide the best solution and support.
The ideal candidate will possess the intellectual,
analytical, and problem solving skills to apply to each business
scenario.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
--- Provide technical support to team members on various
applications (accounting, manufacturing, inventory
control, distribution, sales, and other vertical solutions) via
remote connectivity and on premise
--- Evaluate, assess, analyze, and compile the business
requirements to determine the most effective solution
--- In-depth analysis of software application functionality and
software configuration issues
--- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve internal
processes and procedures
--- Responsible for managing open tasks and providing weekly status
updates to assigned leader
--- Conduct training sessions on new or existing software
applications
--- Test new or upgraded software functionality prior to
implementing into production environment
--- Develop or modify existing reports and forms using Crystal
Reports
Experience / Skills
--- Knowledge of Sage 500 ERP system or similar
--- Experience with development and modification of reports/forms
using Crystal Reports
--- Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
--- Ability to assess, define, and document team member needs
--- Ability to train on various software applications in both a
classroom environment and one-on-one
--- Ability to work in a team environment; typically reports to
head of a unit/department
--- Knowledge of basic database components; Administration is a
plus
--- Excellent communication and personal skills both on the phone
and in person
--- Good time management and organizational skills
Requirements
--- Bachelor degree
--- 2+ years' experience using and/or supporting Sage 500 ERP or
similar
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Professional communication skills and etiquette
--- Ability and willingness to travel
