Id:1420579Who We AreThe name ThousandEyes was born from two big
ideas: the power to see things not ordinarily possible and the
ability to collect insights from a multitude of vantage points. As
the world continues its digital transformation and relies more on
cloud services and the Internet, the "network," which is now both
public and private, has become a black box our customers cannot see
or understand. Our Internet and cloud intelligence platform delivers
the only collectively powered real-time view of the Internet and
private networks, cloud, and SaaS platforms, helping enterprises
and service providers identify problems before they impact revenue,
damage brand reputation, or halt employee productivity. In August
2020, Cisco Systems completed the acquisition of ThousandEyes,
which now forms the ThousandEyes Business Unit within the Cisco
Networking Business Group and is the Network Assurance solution for
Cisco across the Cisco Networking Cloud and Cisco Security Cloud.
ThousandEyes is also a foundational component of Cisco's growing
Full-Stack Observability ("FSO") business.About The TeamDigital
experiences rely on a vast ecosystem of internal infrastructure,
ISPs, cloud providers, SaaS applications and many other external
services that are critically dependent on the Internet. Our
customers are reliant on an exponentially increasing set of tools
to improve their digital posture and solve problems in real time.
But with so many tools, the problem solving process is confusing
and inconsistent. While the business is losing money and
productivity with system downtime, teams are spending critical man
hours solving a problem while looking across a huge set of tools. At

broad Cisco ecosystem and the totality of networking data at our
fingertips, we can provide our customers the appropriate context to
solve their problems and drastically reduce their mean time to

and help our customers implement change in their digital
businesses. Some may think we're "old" (36 years strong) and only
about hardware, but we're also a software company. And a security
company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts,
predicts, learns and protects. No other company can do what we do -
you can't put us in a box! But "Digital Transformation" is an empty
buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation,
creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)Day to
day, we focus on the give and take. We give our best, give our egos
a break, and give of ourselves (because giving back is built into
our DNA.) We take accountability, bold steps, and take difference
to heart. Because without diversity of thought and a dedication to
equality for all, there is no moving forward. So, you have colourful
hair? Don't care. Tattoos? Show off your ink. Like polka dots?
