You'll be the architect behind the datasets that power our generative video technology, working directly with our researchers to fuel breakthrough models that millions of creators use.Think of yourself as the bridge between raw information and AI brilliance-you'll build the pipelines, curation strategies, and quality systems that help our models see and understand the world better.What a Typical Week Might Look Like

• Grabbing coffee with a researcher to brainstorm how to solve a thorny data quality issue
• Digging into evaluation results to figure out why certain visual concepts aren't working
• Celebrating when your new annotation workflow cuts labeling time in half
• Sending a Slack message to the team about an exciting pattern you found in user data
• Drawing on a whiteboard to explain your vision for a new data pipeline architecture
