Job Title: RN - Outpatient/Ambulatory Care Location: Salinas, CA 93901 Assignment Length: 6 months (possibility of extension) Shift options: Mon - Fri 12 PM - 8:30 PM / Mon - Fri 11 AM - 7:30 PM / Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5:30 PM / Mon - Fri 5:30 AM – 2 PM Schedule: 40 hours per week (5x8-hour shifts) Pay Rate: $75/hour. on W2 Note: STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY. REFERRAL BONUS ON EACH SUCCESFUL REFERRAL. Job Duties: · Completes nursing assessment of patient, and documents appropriately into patient record. · Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of patient, age appropriate and developmental needs of the patient. · Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in developing a plan of care. · Provides, delegates, and coordinates the plan of care. · Initiates, manages, and participates in discharge planning. · Initiates, manages, and participates in patient/family teaching. · Demonstrates implementation skills in accordance with Policies and Procedures. · Evaluates and updates patient’s response to plan of care.
