Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) Oakland, CA | Full-Time | $150-185K/year

Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for maternal-child health

respected, mission-driven community health center to find a Lead
Perinatal FNP who will oversee a thriving perinatal program and
provide direct care to perinatal, pediatric, and adolescent
patients. This is a confidential leadership opportunity at a
high-impact, culturally grounded clinic in Oakland, CA. What You’ll
Do As the Lead Perinatal FNP, you’ll wear two hats—clinical leader
and hands-on provider—ensuring excellence in perinatal care and
advancing community health outcomes. Your work will include:
Program Leadership - Direct and manage a Comprehensive Perinatal
Services Program (CPSP) - Supervise prenatal health staff and lead
case conferences - Design workflows, track outcomes, and lead
quality improvement efforts - Advocate internally and externally
for the perinatal program - Collaborate with executive and grants
teams on funding strategies Clinical Practice - Manage a panel of
perinatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients - Provide full-scope
primary and reproductive care within FNP scope - Coordinate care
with OBs, pediatricians, and specialists - Contribute to
interdisciplinary case reviews and team-based care - Precept and
mentor junior clinical staff when appropriate ? You’ll Excel If You
Have - Graduate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) and active FNP
license in California - Experience in perinatal and pediatric care,
preferably in community health - Strong leadership, communication,
and collaboration skills - Passion for health equity, cultural
humility, and whole-person care - Comfort working in a
data-informed and mission-aligned environment Location & Schedule -
Onsite in Oakland, CA - Day shift, Monday–Friday - Travel up to 25%
between local sites Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $151,954.40 –
