Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director
for the Emergency Department to lead clinical operations, strategic
initiatives, and team performance in one of California’s busiest
emergency units. The ideal candidate will bring leadership
experience in high-acuity settings, with a strong commitment to
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Unit Overview Home
to California’s 3rd busiest Emergency Department Only Level I
Trauma Center and Comprehensive Burn Center between Los Angeles and
Sacramento 156-bed high-acuity unit treating over 350 patients per
day Staffed by 500 clinical and support personnel Serves a
five-county area , delivering complex and urgent care to diverse
patient populations 27987071EXPTEMP Job Requirements ? Minimum
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
Note: Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
Licensure: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
(required) Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in
Emergency Services At least 2 years of management or leadership
experience Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center (required)
