Job Description BCBA/BCaBA Gilroy and Watsonville, California Salary Range: BCBA: 90,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience BCaBA: 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience Start Date: January 2026 Experience: Strong preference for adult-services experience Benefits: Relocation assistance available, employer-sponsored healthcare, PTO accrual, and a 4%401k match after 12 months We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to support adult programs in the Gilroy and Watsonville areas, including the launch of a new Enhanced Behavior Program and ongoing supervision within an established day program. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about adult services and interested in shaping high-quality programming for adults with behavioral support needs. Role Overview The selected candidate will support clinical programming for adults with developmental or behavioral needs across two locations. Responsibilities may include helping build a new adult Enhanced Behavior Program in Gilroy and providing supervision for RBTs in a day program in Watsonville. This role is ideal for someone who values leadership, collaboration, and meaningful impact in adult services.
