Join Sports Physical Therapy (SPT), a leader in rehabilitation services for athletes, as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. At SPT, we are dedicated to providing specialized care tailored to the unique needs of our patients to help them recover from injuries and enhance their athletic performance. As part of our collaborative healthcare team, you will work closely with occupational therapists to implement therapeutic programs and monitor progress in patients' rehabilitation. Assist occupational therapists in developing treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to aid patient recovery and skill enhancement. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and their families about ongoing rehabilitation techniques and goals. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on patient care Ability to follow instructions and implement clinical programs Competence in handling therapeutic equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) State licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (if applicable)
