Job Description:
AHHH Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of home health
professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing
expert speech therapy services to patients in their homes, helping
them improve their communication abilities and overall quality of
life. You will work closely with patients suffering from a variety
of speech-related disorders, tailoring treatments to their
individual needs and ensuring they receive the best possible care
outside of a traditional clinical setting. Conduct assessments and
evaluations to diagnose speech, voice, resonance, or language
disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on
each patient’s unique needs and goals. Educate family members and
caregivers on how to support patient's communication and
speech-related needs at home. Document patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to
provide holistic care. Adhere to all professional standards, state
regulations, and home health policies. In-depth knowledge of speech
disorders and treatment techniques. Ability to build rapport with
patients and their families. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital resources and home health technology.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state
license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
