Modesto, CA | Rancho Mirage, CA Join a dynamic, patient-centered
healthcare team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality
care. We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners for full-time
opportunities across multiple California locations in primary care,
specialty clinics, and urgent care settings. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical exams
and medical histories Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical
conditions Develop and implement individualized care plans
Prescribe treatments and medications per state guidelines Order and
interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Educate patients
and families on health management and prevention Collaborate with
physicians and healthcare teams to optimize care Maintain compliant
and timely documentation Engage in quality improvement and stay up
to date on clinical best practices Requirements Master’s or
Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited NP program Active Nurse
Practitioner license in California or Arizona National
certification (AANP or ANCC) BLS/ACLS certification (based on
specialty or employer requirement) Compensation $115,000 – $135,000
base salary Plus RVU and quality bonuses Company Description
