Exciting Opportunity for a CT Tech in Radiology/Cardiology!/n/nJob Description:/n/n- Position: CT Tech/n- Main Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00) /n Flexibility required for start times between 07:00 - 12:00 based on facility needs./n /n- Travel Experience Required: No /n Must be proficient with Siemens and able to work independently./n/n- Experience Level: /n Minimum of 2 years required./n/n- Charting System: /n Experience with Meditech is required./n/n- Required Certifications: /n ARRT CT /n ARRT R /n BLS /n California license /n State licensed/n/n- Preferred Skills: /n - Abdomen and Pelvis /n - Abdomen without and/or with contrast /n - Pelvis without and/or with contrast /n/n- Work Settings: /n - Adult Acute Care /n - Adult Outpatient /n - Emergency Department /n - Pediatric Acute Care (preferred)*/n/n- Special Procedures Involved: /n - Aspirations /n - Biopsies /n - Brain perfusion /n - CT arthrography /n - Spine and Musculoskeletal studies (Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic) /n - Chest procedures (without and/or with contrast)/n/n- Additional Skills: /n - Preparation and/or administration of contrast media /n - Starting Peripheral IV's /n - Extremity X-ray skills /n/n- Patient Age Groups: /n - Adolescents /n - Infants /n - Adults /n - Pediatrics /n - Geriatrics /n/n- Daily Census: 30-50 patients /n- Number of Rooms Available: 1 /n/n- Special Unit Details: /n Typical Emergency Department patients, including trauma cases requiring multiple scans and extremity exams. /n Frequent stroke protocols are performed./n/n- Other Requirements: /n Must be open to floating between like units. /n RTO must be included at time of submission. /n Locals accepted; pending licenses not accepted. /n Guaranteed hours with the possibility of call-offs once per two-week pay period. /n/nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
