Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group –
Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice
Provider (PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at
Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the
opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a
supportive, team-oriented setting. Opportunity Highlights Provide
high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients
overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex
medical conditions Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist
in a supportive, team-oriented setting Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off
work schedule of 10 hour shifts Open ICU with no procedures or
codes required Additional admitting/swing shifts available for
extra compensation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary:
$150,000 - $160,000 Depending on experience Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
Relocation Assistance: $20,000 Full suite of benefits including:

PSLF-eligible employer Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted
license to practice in the State of California Nationally
recognized certification (as determined by Medicare) Completion of
state mandated educational courses Minimum of 1-2 years APP
