active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an
opportunity for an Early Childhood Physical Therapist to provide
onsite support within a school setting. The role is based in
Wilmington, DE, and entails working closely with young children to
promote their physical development and help them achieve their
individual therapy goals. This is a contractual engagement from
late February through mid-June, with a typical schedule Monday
through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored physical
therapy interventions to early childhood students. Conduct
assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to support each child's progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with all regulatory and licensing
requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Delaware
Physical Therapy license required; must be submitted with
application. Proven experience working with early childhood
populations in a school environment. Strong understanding of
pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestones.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students,
families, and school staff. Location: Wilmington, DE Schedule:
Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week with a
30-minute paid lunch break Contract Duration: February 23, 2026
