Job Description Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join
growing practice. With proximity to Des Moines and neighboring

and three APP's See and average of 18-24 patients/day 4-day work
week Serving patients of all ages Practice Mix: Continuity,
Pediatrics, Nursing Home ED/Inpatient coverage optional Outpatient

$290,000 Production & non-production incentives $150,000
