Job Description Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
OB-GYN seeking a full-time hospitalist position in a dynamic,
team-centered environment? Come thrive in Salinas, CA , just

coastal living. We’re seeking a dedicated OB-GYN Hospitalist to
provide 24-hour in-house coverage at a nationally recognized
maternity care center that prioritizes patient safety,
collaboration, and evidence-based care. Position Highlights:
Location: Salinas, California Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts
(full-time, permanent role) Level III NICU Team-based care with MFM
and pediatric subspecialist support ? Manage labor/delivery,
triage, OB emergencies, surgeries, fetal monitoring Low-volume
community OB support = more focused, patient-centered care No
locums or visa sponsorship ? Requirements: Board Certified or Truly
Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB-GYN Active CA medical license
(or in process) OB Hospitalist experience preferred Clean
malpractice and license history strongly preferred Must live
locally or be willing to relocate DEA license required before start
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $372,300 annually CME
Allowance: $4,500 Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription
