Job Description Gould Medical Group is looking for BE/BC
Anesthesiologists in Modesto, CA. Gould Medical Group is a growing,
525 clinician multi-specialty group located about two hours east of
San Francisco, California. A stable, physician-only practices in
the area, providing exceptional anesthesia care to a wide spectrum
of patients. The practice is comprised of 25 highly trained,
collegial, and close-knit group of partners. Our practice is
comprised of a wide breadth and depth of surgical cases including,
but not limited to, general, orthopedics, trauma, neurosurgery,
cardiac, thoracic, obstetrics, and plastics with ample
opportunities for regional anesthesia, invasive lines, and
participation in the care of complex surgical patients. Position
Details: All physician Anesthesia department (no CRNA’s) Salary:
$600,000 guaranteed for 1 year Call stipend typically $75,000 plus
(in addition to salary) Total first year compensation exceeds
$695,000 (includes call and sign on) Production model is comprised
of a blended unit value plus extra payment for calls plus group
yearly bonuses Sign-on bonus Equitable distribution of
cases/weekends/night work and vacations Post call days off
