Details - Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population - Monday through Friday schedule with occasional flexibility - Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) - Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points - Charting performed in Perfect Notefield EMR Requirements - Current PT license required if applicable - Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered - Prior home health experience is not required - 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration - Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information - Manager is highly supportive and willing to provide hands-on training, including training on Perfect Notefield - Open to first-time travelers and new graduates - Phone interview required - All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration American Traveler Job ID P-684707.
