Job Description:
Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking
a dedicated and skilled Advanced Provider in Urgent Care to join
our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely
with top healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality urgent
care services in a fast-paced environment. Our organization is
committed to leveraging innovative practices and a collaborative
approach to enhance patient outcomes in emergency medicine,
hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute
psychiatry. Provide immediate medical care to patients with urgent
health issues. Perform procedures including laceration repair,
splinting, and management of fractures and dislocations. Conduct
thorough assessments to diagnose injuries, infections, or
illnesses. Prescribe medication and provide detailed instructions
for administration. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain patient records with
accurate notes of treatments, allergies, and contraindications.
Educate patients and their families on prevention and care
enhancements. Exceptional clinical skills in an urgent care
setting. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to
handle high-stress situations with composure. Proficient in using
medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
(AANP) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician
Assistants (NCCPA). BLS and ACLS certification.
