Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of one or more data pipelines within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership within RBM's data engineering team, guiding technology decisions, mentoring team members, and making significant individual contributions.
• Develop frameworks capable of handling large-scale data using advanced technologies and data cataloging tools atop a multi-tiered data lake storage system.
• Construct robust data processing pipelines integrating seamlessly with various components and data sources.
• Design and architect innovative product features, advocating for the adoption of cutting- edge technologies and tools, and mentoring the team in their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Machine Learning team to ensure optimal data processing, structure, and accessibility to enhance model performance.
• Operate within a bi-weekly sprint schedule in a dynamic startup environment, actively participating in and contributing to scrum meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Deliver value by consistently producing timely, high-quality, and performant software components and services.
• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to plan and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
