• Deliver infrastructure that drives Salesforce from high durable data storage using Oracle and Postgres to networking and load balancing using Java, Jetty, and Python.
• Design and develop schema management framework in the public cloud environment that meets scalability, availability, performance, and security requirements.
• Code in React-Javascript for front-end and Spring-Hibernate-Postgres for back-end development.
• Provide operational support for schema changes during releases.
• Coordinate with release management and engineering teams to create, validate, and promote artifacts for production releases.
• Work with multiple scrum teams to triage schema change issues and troubleshoot deployment problems, providing pragmatic and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy high-quality software.
• Analyze, design, and develop test cases and automated test suites.
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation to improve Salesforce.com.Additional HQ locations in San Francisco include 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The position may be at any of these locations, with telecommuting as an option. Some travel may be required.Minimum RequirementsMaster's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with one (1) year of experience in the role or a related field.Special Skill Requirements
