Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SIEM Transformation and SOC services redesign initiative for our enterprise client. The project involves transitioning from legacy tools and an existing MSSP setup to a modern, scalable, and fit-for-purpose SIEM/SOC operating model.Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the SIEM/SOC modernization program:
• Proof of Concept (POC)
• Tool selection and validation
• Operating model redesign for a Managed SOC
• Implementation and integration
• Transition to operations and stabilization
• Coordinate with internal teams (Security Architecture, Operations, Risk, Procurement) and external partners (SIEM vendors, MSSPs).
• Ensure alignment with internal project governance and milestone approval processes.
• Oversee commercial and contractual workstreams, including SLAs, onboarding, and service handover.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting to the CISO, PMO, and senior stakeholders.Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in leading complex IT and cybersecurity transformation projects.
  • Strong delivery track record in SIEM deployments and SOC service transitions, preferably in global or regulated environments.
  • Experience working with MSSPs and third-party vendors, including contract management and SLA performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of top-tier SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Chronicle, Palo Alto).
  • Strong grasp of security operations, service transition, and ITIL-based frameworks.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Must be a hands-on technical PMwith a deep understanding of cybersecurity tools and integration challenges.What can you expect
