You will work closely with the CTO and lead 4 other developers from a technical standpoint. Job Details Responsibilities - Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions from inception to deployment - Build and optimize backend services using Rust and Go - Develop and maintain efficient front-end applications using TypeScript and Node.js - Leverage CloudFlare for performance optimization and security - Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define technical specifications for new features - Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and implement bug fixes - Experiment with new technologies and development boards to drive innovation - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products under tight schedules Requirements - BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience (ideally founding engineer or CTO) - Strong experience with Rust and/or Go for backend development - Proven experience building out a product 0 to 1 in a startup setting - Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for front-end and server-side development - Familiarity with CloudFlare for CDN, security, and performance enhancements - Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, high-performance applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex system architectures - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team - Passion for innovative video streaming products and technologies - Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the company Interested in hearing more?
