Job Description:

7 years of Product Management experience Proven track record in Sales and Support technologies Experience in launching and managing tech products AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI / Agentic AI Demonstrated track record of integrating GenAI into products Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Excellent verbal/written communication Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to define KPIs, derive insights from data, and make data-driven decisions Advanced Education: MBA or other advanced degree Experience with AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Amazon Bedrock AWS SageMaker Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems UX and Tooling Familiarity: Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools Experience working with UX teams for AI-powered user experiences
