We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives on
turning business challenges into smart technology solutions. If
you're passionate about understanding business needs, shaping
systems that make work easier, and collaborating across teams to
bring digital transformation to life, this role is for you. Working
with minimal supervision, you’ll be a key player in designing
solutions aligned with our enterprise systems architecture and
driving improvements that deliver measurable value. What You’ll Do:
Partner with business teams to gather and analyze requirements,
define project scopes, and identify high-impact solutions.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
and work closely with development teams to ensure successful
implementation. Recommend system enhancements or process changes
that leverage both new and existing technologies. Communicate
effectively with stakeholders—breaking down complex ideas into
simple, understandable terms and addressing concerns confidently.
Develop cost estimates and project timelines to help guide resource
planning and project prioritization. Create and maintain clear,
detailed documentation for system users and IT support teams.
Mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise to strengthen the
team’s capabilities. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required
(Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred). 5
years of experience in business systems analysis or engineering (7
years preferred). Strong analytical thinking and a knack for
solving problems through technology. Excellent communication
skills—both written and verbal. Experience working with tools like
JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity
with financial systems or domains is a big plus. Why You'll Love
