Job Description Job Description Location: Oakland, CA Duration- 24 months - LOCALS ONLY Opening: 1 Business Analyst with SQL Database experience Job Description – Database Team PM coordinator experience and a data focus This position will research and document Clinical data solutions for Health Care informatics efforts, as well as assist with project coordination for the database team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: · Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document data project requirements · Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication and coordination of projects. · Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business requirements documents, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed. · Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data integrity in enterprise systems. · Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle. · Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout project. · Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions · Participates in the testing, QA and training of a product. · Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests. · Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks. · Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader. Requirements: · Minimum of 8 years’ Business Analysis or equivalent experience · Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience. · Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with writing simple SQL Server queries & handling data requirements · Understanding of Information Management, Big Data concepts & practices · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred · Business Analysis, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus · Health Care or engineering experience preferred Opening: 2 Business Analyst/Data Analyst Job Description UI & PM coordinator focus This position will research and document Clinical data solutions for our patient facing outreach products, as well as assist with project coordination for the outreach team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: · Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document project requirements · Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication and coordination of projects. · Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business requirements documents, data mapping specification’s, workflow diagrams, mockups, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed. · Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data integrity in enterprise systems. · Experience performing Gap analysis As-Is/To-Be for large applications and perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from upstream source system’s to downstream target applications. · Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle. · Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout project. · Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions · Excels in formulating test strategy and test scenarios that meet business expectations and participates in the QA, UAT, and training of a product. · Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests. · Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks, strong relationship building skills & communication skills · Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader. · Foster collaboration across disparate, cross-functional teams and to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues and clients Requirements: · Minimum of 8 years’ Business Analysis or equivalent experience · Minimum of 5 years’ of Data Analysis, SQL database concepts, and Information Management best practices · Minimum of 3 years’ project coordination or project management experience. · Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on User Interface experience · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred · Business Analysis, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus · Health Care or engineering experience preferred
