Global Medical Response. The Pilot provides customer-oriented,
high-quality air medical transport services in a safe and efficient
manner. This role requires proactive teamwork both in flight and
during ground operations, utilizing strong communication and
technical skills to support the company’s mission of being a top
provider in the EMS industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a flight schedule as assigned by the company. Be available
for extra duty shifts due to vacation, sick leave, or other
absences. Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch, including
but not limited to: Compliance with all FAR and company (REACH)
requirements. Aircraft cleanliness. Completion of all flight crew
responsibilities. Accurately complete all required documentation:
Duty shift change form Load manifests Duty/time sheets (within
scheduled due dates) Communicate all pertinent flight operations
information to the incoming shift or through the Company
Communications Board. Attend mandatory meetings, training, and
check-flights outside of regular duty hours. Follow all current
company policies and procedures, including use of systems and
electronic platforms. Maintain current licensure, certifications,
continuing education, safety training, and advanced procedures
documentation. Demonstrate familiarity with equipment and supplies
used in emergency programs. Maintain positive relationships with
coworkers, EMS partners, hospitals, and the public. Participate in
mission briefings, debriefings, and complete required mission
documentation. Conduct aircraft safety briefings and ensure safety
compliance for all personnel and equipment. Exhibit
professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. Utilize effective
communication to coordinate across departments and with vendors.
Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety
personnel. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Job
Requirements and Qualifications Flight Experience: 2,000 total
helicopter flight hours. 1,000 PIC helicopter flight hours. 500
hours cumulative night flight experience. 100 hours cumulative IFR
experience. Certifications: Commercial Instrument Helicopter
Rating. Current Class II Medical Certificate. ATP rating preferred.
Aircraft Experience: 250 hours total in Airbus EC-135, H145, or
UH-72 (required). NVG experience preferred. Other Requirements:
Maximum duty weight (body weight gear, excluding helmet): 230 lbs.
Additional Skills and Qualifications Excellent customer service and
communication skills. Ability to remain composed and accurate under
pressure with frequent interruptions. Ability to prioritize tasks
and adapt to shifting demands. Professional appearance and demeanor
as a REACH flight team member. Positive team attitude with flight
crew, maintenance, and communication staff. Capacity to work
independently and manage stress effectively. Continuous knowledge
of aviation SOPs and company processes. Value-Based Competencies
Effective, clear, and professional communication. Demonstrates a
team-oriented mindset. Provides and receives constructive feedback.
Receptive, responsive, and realistic. Maintains familiarity with
REACH policies, procedures, and SOPs. Physical Requirements
Moderate standing, sitting, and walking. Moderate to rigorous
pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift 75 lbs
from floor to bench height. Ability to hear standard aircraft
sounds. Maintain duty weight under 230 lbs for rotor-wing
operations. Must be able to wear a commercially available
respirator with proper fit, if required. Meets close and distant
visual requirements (Class II Aviation Medical). Capable of
multitasking and typing. IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION ! This base is
positioned on and provides service to a US Military Installation.

complete and clear additional US Government background checks,
including, but not limited to: DOD Tier 1 background check and CAC
