Job Description:

• Minimum 8 + years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, support and development.
• Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 - NA Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
• Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service.
• Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around 40%. Experience on integrations and AWE is a must, with PeopleSoft functional expertise around 60%.
• Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 will be a plus.
• Resource should be able to work out of client location - San Carlos, SFO.
• Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with the offshore team based in India.
• Good communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in working on global projects, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and capable of customer-facing roles.
• Location must be at San Carlos/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
