Acupuncturist - pain/sports injury specialistLokahi Acupuncture is seeking an experienced, passionate Acupuncturist with a--pain focus--to join our team in San Jose, CA, US. You will be part of a well-established, knowledgeable, and professional team with all the support and experience this well-known and popular clinic has to offer.This position offers wonderful perks such as a competitive wage of approximately $40 - $70 hourly (depending on how full your schedule is). Obviously, it starts on the lower end and increases as your schedule becomes established. PTO, 401(k), and the possibility for career advancement.As a Pain Specialist, you will use East Asian Medicine to treat pain and a variety of illnesses to help patients find relief from their physical and emotional ailments.Note: This is not a salaried position. Compensation depends on whether the provider is Part-time or Full-time.Please note: we are hiring for this position to start in August/September 2025.Compensation:$40 - $70 hourlyResponsibilities:Perform acupuncture treatments on patients with various pain conditions to promote healing and wellnessDevelop treatment plans based on patient consultations and health assessmentsEducate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic health practicesMaintain accurate and detailed patient records for continuity of care and treatment trackingWork with teammates in a collaborative environmentQualifications:Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of 2 years experience practicing acupuncture or a recent graduate with excellent references from schoolProficient in traditional Chinese medicine techniques including acupuncture, herbal medicine, gua sha, and cuppingStrong interpersonal communication skillsExcellent team playerAdaptabilityCompetencies: US Work AuthorizationAbout CompanyWe are a thriving, dynamic clinic nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, known for delivering exceptional care and outstanding customer service.
