Your Role:Tenable is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on running an isolated environment within AWS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS architecture, AWS Directory Service for Microsoft Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Networking and Troubleshooting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Your Opportunity:

• Establish processes and procedures for a new, highly regulated environment.
• Work with stakeholders from across the organization to deliver customer value in this new environment.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all team members and all business units.
• Establish the groundwork for a growing business opportunity with room for growth.What You'll Need:
  • Secret or Top Secret Clearance (Active).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in systems engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience in AWS and with Active Directory.
  • Experience with networking fundamentals and protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a highly controlled and sensitive environment.
  • Must have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A desire to learn continuously, and a strong interest in cybersecurity best practices.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.Ideally:
    • Experience in regulated environments with audits and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with other identity management systems such as Okta is a plus.
    • Experience with Terraform is a plus.
    • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, etc.) is a plus.
