Job Description:
Your Role:Tenable is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on
running an isolated environment within AWS. The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of AWS architecture, AWS Directory
Service for Microsoft Active Directory, Identity and Access
Management, Networking and Troubleshooting in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment.Your Opportunity:
- Establish processes and procedures for a new, highly regulated
environment.
- Work with stakeholders from across the organization to deliver
customer value in this new environment.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all
team members and all business units.
- Establish the groundwork for a growing business opportunity
with room for growth.What You'll Need:
- Secret or Top Secret Clearance (Active).
- Minimum 5 years experience in systems engineering or a related
field.
- Strong experience with Identity and Access Management.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in AWS and with Active
Directory.
- Experience with networking fundamentals and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a
highly controlled and sensitive environment.
- Must have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A desire to learn continuously, and a strong interest in
cybersecurity best practices.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities that management
may deem necessary from time to time.Ideally:
- Experience in regulated environments with audits and compliance
requirements.
- Experience with other identity management systems such as Okta
is a plus.
- Experience with Terraform is a plus.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, etc.) is a
plus.
