As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with sales teams to help customers understand how Oracle Cloud solutions can solve their most pressing business challenges across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Data Intelligence Solutions. You will design and deliver impactful demonstrations, create compelling value messaging, and shape the future of cloud transformation across industriesOracle NAA Solution Consultants believes in the values of Trust, Excellence, and Curiosity. • Engage with Customers: Partner with sales teams to understand business challenges and articulate how Oracle's cloud solutions can address them.
• Showcase the Art of the Possible: Deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs, spanning Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Analytics, and more.
• Solve Business Challenges: Use your creativity, technical acumen, and business knowledge to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to define best practices for demonstrations, value messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Continuously Learn & Grow: Receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning to accelerate your career development.What We're Looking For
  • A passion for technology and business problem-solving
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity
  • The ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technology (AI, cloud computing, automation, analytics, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, etc.)
  • Some experience with enterprise applications (as a user, consultant, or student project) is a plus but not required.
